Return & Refund Policy

Returns for any reason: 30 days
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, undecorated, and free of odors or stains. Opened packaging is fine. Items must be in resalable condition, and we inspect all returns on arrival.

Wholesale and bulk orders placed through a quote may have separate terms, which will be confirmed on your quote.

Not returnable
- Items that have been printed, embroidered, dyed, or otherwise decorated
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days

Defective or incorrect items
If we sent the wrong item, size, color, or quantity, or if an item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@shopnysa.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping. The return shipping fee below does not apply.

Return shipping fee
For returns that are not due to our error, a flat $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We provide the return shipping label. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

How to return
1. Email contact@shopnysa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items and quantities you want to return.
2. We will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid return label. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back using the label within 14 days of approval.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the approved amount to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. We will email you if a return is refused or partially refunded.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original under this policy and place a new order.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing, and standard return terms apply once it is delivered.
