Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Orders up to $249.99: $9.90
- Orders $250.00 above: Free shipping
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for domestic (USA) orders after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Freight Orders
For pallet or container orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately. Please contact us at info@everweargroup.com for freight inquiries.
Shipping Address
We currently ship within the United States only. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@everweargroup.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
